- People are the most important resource in any organization.
- Developing good HR processes is usually a low priority for most small and mid-sized organizations.
The Concept
The idea of building an HR tech solution, which was affordable for any company, big or small, emerged from the deliberations that followed. At a time when the term SaaS was hardly known in the business echelons, we decided to venture into this space and create a highly flexible product, which could cater to the varying needs of differing organizations.
The solution had to meet the needs of startups with 5 employees and enterprises with 5000 employees. It had to be modular, scalable and efficient so that it could seamlessly integrate multiple processes within its workflows.
