The advance and expense claim process allows you to handle the submission, approval, verification, and settlement of expenses claimed by employees under various heads.

  • Advances can be requested by employees and on payment adjusted through the expense or recovered in payroll.
  • Expenses can be of multiple types - Project expenses, Travel expenses, and HR expenses. Custom expense types can be created and different approval workflows can be created.
  • Custom expense heads can be created and policies governing the amounts that can be claimed by the employees be defined.
  • Claims can be categorized as ‘within policy’ or ‘exceeding policy’ and those exceeding policy can have a different workflow.
  • For travel, the expenses incurred by the company and the employee can be tracked separately and reviewed in reports.
  • Advances and Expenses can be in multiple currencies.

EazeWork's Training Management module's features are designed for companies that need to focus on enriching an employee’s skills through a learning management process and ensure that high performers are constantly challenged and those with gaps in their skills are brought up to mark.

  • Capture employee-level training details. Inputs are received automatically from the Individual Development Plan (IDP) which is completed as a part of the Performance Management Review process.
  • Create and maintain a training calendar.
  • Publish training details like venue, trainers, dates, times and pre-requisites.
  • Employees can also request specific training and, on approval, these requests are added to a training plan.

When a training is released the request for nomination is sent to either the employee, his manager, or the Training Manager. If the training is externally conducted and there is an expenditure associated with it then the nomination approval can also be sent to the CEO or other authorities.
